It is asking for the answer to your security question that you gave when you joined.

top box of your profile page has security question, and under it enter your security answer.

I posted a similar msg earlier this morning. Harry & Traci are checking my problem out. (same as yours) I've tried every password known but none are working for me on the security question also. Hang in there. They're working on it
