What poor people? I saw this article on the news last night - apparently they'd been forging loan applications and obtaining propeties fraudulently (identity theft) in order to rent them out - this reporter has been doing an investigative report on these two for quite some time.

I hope "those poor people" you referred to were the reporter the cameraman and the general public.

Yes, I meant the reporter et al. And the people whose identities were stolen. Sorry if I was unclear, I didn't think I was.

Geez, its good to know the cameraman's priorities . . . didn't put the camera down once to help.

But what better evidence can there be against those idiots than what is revealed by the camera?

Lorraine,

Lorraine,

In Journalism 101, students are taught to keep the
camera rolling, no matter what. Years ago during the
Jim Jones tradegy,U.S. Rep. Leo Ryan and others
were shot and killed, while waiting to leave at the
air field in Guyana. The camerman (also killed)
kept the camera rolling.

Mostly everyone in journalism is trained to let the
camera tell the story and to capture the news in the
making. Annual awards are issued for the best
news stories and photos. Of course, the Pulitzer Prize
in Journalism, is the most prestigious honor in this field.

Many news people put their lives on the line
while filiming in war torn areas. . .The Hisory Channel
(one of my favorites) is a perfect example, of news
events caught on film.

There are some camera people who will intervene.
But they are the exception.

By the way, on the Channel 7 (KABC) evening news,
it was stated that the camera man did help at the end.
That he sat on top of the man until the police arrived.
And yes, he kept the camera rolling!

Pam

I hope they interview the man that was getting ready to

to tell his story. When I saw the clip my stomach turned upside down. The people who sold the property to them. The renters gosh the rentals are high out here. Now these poor people might have to move again.

All of the professionals I think I know their new address already. The couple made matters worse. She had busted all across her face and her husband confirmed it. I'll follow this story to be able to spot this problem in a converstaion like when they ask for backdating docs

That wasn't a smart thing to do toching someone while a camera is rolling. They bailed out I wonder will they flee. The reporter stayed cool because he know this is a huge story.

Couple in crime!!
