H&R Block..No point & Sign

I did a closing yesterday where the lo from H&R called when I arrived and went over every single page with the borrower BEFORE we started signing.
I asked to speak to her, and she told me they are calling now at every signing and reviewing docs with the bo's as too many notaries DO NOT know what is the package, and the bo's aren't sure what they are signing.
For all the newbies.. get to know what's in the package.

I've done several H&R block loans and never had the lo call while I was there.
