Has anyone done signings for a company called Greenbelt?

Just got a call from this company for a 4:00pm signing tomorrow. The borrower is about 50 miles away, which makes it 100 miles round trip. Any info, as far as, good company, bad company would be, very much, appreciated.

I have done several for Greenbelt this year. They are very easy and pleasant to work with. You just have to fax them an invoice and the settlement statement and you will get paid within 30 days. All of mine got paid within 3 weeks.

... and hence not my competition, then they're a great company. Otherwise (i.e., if you're competing with me), then they're the worst company on the planet. (wink, wink)
