I got one about arbitration opt out but it was from HSBC. It had a pdf file attached, and I just deleted it as spam - have no accounts with HSBC.

Its just a reminder that HSBC allows a consumer to reject arbitration and ILC must go over certain things with the borrower at the closing table.
