East Coast Settlement Services
Anyone know of them/reputation?
Personally, I have not, and am interested if they are not a SS.
(SS are getting really creative with their names these days, LOL)

They are a SS.
When I see "Settlement Service" I think of an escrow company, not a SS.
That's what I meant when I wrote that SS are getting creative with their names.
BTW, I tried to google the name, and got nothing.
You are the best here on NR for finding companies.
Would you share your secret methods?
