I took a closing with them last week and asked on the board for any info but didn't get much. I got 2 calls from them last night (too far) but I don't want to get into doing any more until I know I won't have a problem getting paid. I did mention to them that there was some negative postings about the company and I also told them I didn't want to have any issues getting paid. He said they pay in 30 days. I hope so.

I did one for them last week. No-sign due to borrower saying loan terms were not what he agreed to. They will pay me a trip and print fee. Good thing it was close - like ML/PA I hope I get paid without any hassles. They called me again last night but the job was too far for me as well.
I'm having more and more no-signs lately due to borrowers not fully understanding their loan terms. Some of these new loans are very creative and complicated.

They too called me last night about 8:00 p.m. but by that time I was done for the day. Did they call you for Towanda last night? Has anyone else worked for them?

They called me @ 8:00PM for the Towanda closing (which is probably 1 1/2 hours +, one way). I never travel far for a company unless I KNOW I am not going to have any payment issues. If it is a company that I do regular business with I will accomodate them whenever I can (provided they agree to my fee of course).
