I did a signing for him on July 14 and got a check on last week and the check was dated 08/11/2006. I will never do a signing for him again.

Hi Tracy, Try faxing your invoice a few times and keep leaving him messages. Thats what I did and he finally paid me. He also called me last week to do another closing unbelievable.

I did the phone calls, faxes, emails - no response. I sent him a registered letter 9/18 - don't have the card back yet. I am assuming that he/they are not accepting the certified mail and it is still sitting at their post office.

I contacted the Maine A/G, BBB and today I will call the SOS. I took a collection letter from this site #110293 and am follwing through. The letter has worked for me in the past. This is the first time that I have actually had to follow through.

Phillips is Franklin County. I am in the Western Mountains. I am near Farmington, Sugarloaf, Rangeley...about 60 miles from Canada. In the BOONIES - bank is only open til 2:00pm - no drive thru or ATM...20 miles to a grocery store, 60+ to a store other than WALMART...thank god for the internet!

He only owes me for one signing - email me or call me and I will discuss the amount with you.

It's the point more than anything. He told me "payment should not be more than 30 days". I specifically asked and wrote it down...verbatim. I tried calling, faxing, etc for a week - no reply.

No - Different Co.

Nationwide DEADBEATS (aka Doc. Prep) have an 818 number. Their confirmation does not give a street address just has nevada/california.
