Non-payment from Countrywide out of Montebello, CA office...

I have had an invoice from May that they have not paid on. The LO keeps telling me that it was a deed signed after escrow closed so she needs to find out who will pay me, and she never gets back to me. Does anyone have a corporate address for them? Thanks

Here's another Countrywide office to avoid..

Countrywide - 303 H Street Ste 290-Chula Vista, CA 91910< have a owed me since Nov. 7th., 2005. I have tried everything to collect from these people, no go. So if anyone decides to work for them Please have them deposit your fee in PayPal before you do the job.

This is correct, send your invoice to their main office in Simi Valley/Moorpark Area. I did and got paid. I forget now which Originations office owed me.

I would also inform the Corporate Office,
that complaints would be filed with the BBB,
as well as the CA Dept. of Corporations,
if payment was not received by a given date.

Dawn, had the same problem with a different office, took me about 12 weeks but they did pay. I posted on this board about the problem and was advised to send a certified letter. I sent two letters to the Manager/CEO at the main office and the office that hired me. Got a response right after I received the confirmation that the letters had been received. Good luck!
