OT Union Workers Credit Services scam

This is weird. I just received this scam letter in the mail asking for $37 to get a credit card at 5% interest. Of course I was suspicious because it had no phone number. I looked on the BBB website and there were several complaints. Consumers complained that it is a paper credit card to use on items in their catalog and the info on the letter was misleading.

Did anyone else get something like this?
