They are a very good company to work for I have done several Loan App pick-ups for them. Have to invoice them and they pay promptly. Wonderful people.

They usually pay you 50.00 for a 1003 pick up, but it takes the same amount of your time to do as a signinig.
And I heard that there is more liability doing 1003's than a signing? They are nice, but every time I declined a 1003 pick up I then get a call for a real signing for double the amount, of course not from them but other of my clients.

The 1003's I do do not take me as long as the signing but maybe I am slower at the signing part. It takes me about 20 min. to do the 1003 and 45 for the signing of course unless they are on the phone a lot to the lo
