Propose WA network
I've re-arranged my priorities and decided to go ahead with a WA network. I got so much resources (can't consume all by myself) I think others can benefit and in turn making this profession worth while. I have a list of 5000+ brokers/lenders/tc doing business in WA. I know where to find the current top 5-10 loan origination brokers/lenders to target for marketing, I already have a forum & mailing list set up.
There are 39 counties in the state of WA. I cover Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and may overlap Lewis county only if necessary. Anyone interested can email me (notaryofwa at gmail dot com).
