Re: no-signs than usual? - 2 so far this month!
Yes, I have had two no-signs this month and almost had a third last Monday. The first one was because the LO did not thoroughly explain the loan terms to his borrowers ahead of time, and was unreachable during the signing appointment. The second one was because the loan terms were completely different from what borrower says he talked to LO about. That borrower was not interested in speaking to the LO - he said he was done with him. I called TC that hired me of course and they spoke to him and he gave them an earful!

Re: no-signs than usual? - 2 last week
One had a medical emergency and the other borrower said he didn't want to proceed and hadn't agreed to proceed. all of a sudden he's being told he was signing in a couple of days! He said he had been looking into a home equity with several companies and this lender just took the ball and ran with it

Yep. Had one today.
Good thing I don't print or drive until I conf main pts of loan w/ brwrs on phone.
Today's loan magically went from a fixed (brwr conf'd w/ LO yesterday) to ARM w/ big add-on margin.
2 co's I work w/ never have surprises.
Rest: 50%+ slip in crap + brwrs won't sign. Good for them.
Papers get fixed in 1-2 days.
More magic.
