How are their rates? Are they flexible with fees or do they have your standard $50 trip fee?

I have done work for them in the past only reverse mortgages and they paid my fees probably because I was requested. I haven't done anything for them lately.

So in other words you're not a regular for them? Just curious, how much do you charge for a reverse mortgage?

Here in Alabama I charge $100.00

Is your fee of $100 for eDOCs or for overnights for the reverse mortgage?
