Slowwww week

This has been the slowest week in the history of closings. Is it me? or is anybody else experiencing this. I am in Ohio. What could the problem be? Thanks for your response.

This has been a very steady week for me, and everything has went smoothly all week (knock on wood, still have Friday to go).

End of month is Monday, for loans to fund on the 29th??? Right???

I haven't received 1 call all week, and I was wondering why. Maybe I need to sign up with more companies. I'm signed up with about 20 companies. Maybe that's why.

You gotta sign up with at least 200 companies and that's just to begin with! After that, keep marketing anyway. Although I have to admit it's been a slowww month for me too.

Where in OH are you? I've had a fairly busy week and have two for tow'w and two for Sat.
already. I'm in the Akron area. As far as the weather pack for everything. On Monday it was 80, Tuesday 65, last two days 55 or so and rain expected for the weekend with temperatures going up for next week - the last time I heard anyway.

when it is slow I ususally do my marketing,sign up with all the SS,TC that I can find and then I try to catch up on my paperwork that I procrastinate against when I am busy. LOL that way I feel busy even though I am not working on the road.
Just what I do and may not work for others.

Too busy here!

My week has been two busy, at least 3 closings every day, 6 scheduled for tomorrow. I also do title abstracting, so there aren't enough hours in the day at the moment.

It's slow for me because I don't accept $50.00 signings. I suspect that notaries who say they are busy are the $50.00 notaries. I would be busy too if I did that. Either a company meets my fee or I'm not interested. Especially when it comes to Edocs.

Had a slow first two weeks of the month, but this week is humming! And they aren't $50 companies. Already have a few on the books for Monday too!
