Anyone with experience with them. I have been waiting for a $40 payment from them since June. Everyweek the check is in the mail. Is there a collections agency I can use to collect for my time, energy and gas. Thanks

"$40.00 payment"?! If you did a signing for $40 then don't expect any sympathy here! If somehow we're misunderstood, and the $40 payment is a cancellation fee and/or for printing of edocs, then that's a different story!

I did a signing for them in July and also still waiting for payment. Was told last week checks went out over the weekend (Sept. 15-17) yesterday was told that they were getting them ready to mail Sept 25. If it doesn't show up soon the BBB will hear from me.

There is a collection agency you can use through the NNA, but you will pay more than the check you are waiting for. You can also make up your own collection notice, if you have a software program from microsoft office. Make it up, send it out, and see what happens. Good Luck! Don't do anymore signings for that amount of money though. You are worth way more than that.
