Stepped inside the house, got to the table, borrower said, "I'm going to make this your easiest signing ever." She asked me to just hand her the docs then sit back and relax. Easy it was b/c she had roughly 200 pages signed in a matter of 20 minutes. Well guess what? She was a 10 yrs EO who is now also an SA.

She must has been was a good EO b/c I can tell how she smoothly skimmed each doc top to bottom with her hand.
