would you make?
A. Two Copy for 1st signor & lender.
B. Three Copy for 1st, 2nd signor & lender

Just curious! I make only two unless advised & compensated for making third copy.

I make only two complete copies, but will usually make an extra copy of the HUD and TIL and a couple extra RTC. This way, if the first signer wants to keep the copy package, the extra HUD, TIL, and RTCs go to the second signer along with the lender package. If the first signer doesn't want the copy package, I give them the HUD, TIL and their signed RTCs, then send the copy and lender packages on to the second signer.
