Update to Msg #140959/Notary Exchange and Collection Agency

After the Collection Agency sent out the second letter to Notary Exchange, I was actually contacted by Mario. I couldn't belive it. He said he had on record that I was paid for this signing. I then explained to him that I had done 2 for this borrower and only paid once. Which I would have told him had he answered or returned any of my phone calls. He said he was sending check out today and could I please inform the collection agency. Well I DID get the check and I cashed it before sending this out. So the letters worked for me in case anyone else wants to give it a shot with another company.
