I've accepted 2 signings. The first one I did the borrowers exercised their right to cancel and then changed their mind so docs were drawn up and I was called again and asked if I could do it again. They paid for the second signing, but not the first. Pay was good and timely, however. My third one, was from a different l/o, the borrowers told me after the signing that they were probably going to cancel. I recieved payment 2 weeks later for that one (don't know if they canceled or not).
