any recent dealings with closeline?
Never did anything for them, but just got an e-mail request. I filled it out with my fee and submitted, it said they will call me if ...etc....
A new way to do biz? Just mass e-mail and find the lowest bidder? lol what will they think of next?

Re: Cyndi
Nice to know. I've often responded to the emails but have never been called for an actual closing.

They called me last month for the very first time in 2yrs, but I was booked. They called today asking me to sign up (they found me here, of course). They couldn't meet my fee so I told them to put me on their emergency call list.

Caution. Closeline does not
pay anything for no-signs, cancellations, rescinds or otherwise does not fund. Unacceptable, IMHO.

Re: Caution. Closeline does not
They don't even pay a print fee. Although they will increase your fee if you go out again. I did one for them, the borrower refused to sign. I did go back out or I would have made nothing. Never again.

Thanks for sharing. I'll add them to my don't do business with list.

They must use cheap NSA's
IMO, they have never accepted my fees, and I did an experiment once: I gave a less than $100 quote, and still received no response.
