hey guys, help...
printing out edocs for a new company that found me here. They sent the meat of the pkg., in adobe, but the escrow papers tried to come thru as e-fax. In order to download, I must get an e-fax account and pay $17. per month. Is there another (free) way to recieve fax edocs? I have already spoken with hiring service and they are forwarding thru regular fax. I haven't come across this before. Thanks in advance.

efax messenger
I think this will do the trick. Been a while since I've had to use it but I think it's still free (the free version has some ads on it, but no big thang)

efx or tif file?
If the file is efx, then all you need is the efax viewer. You don't need to have an efax account (I don't believe) to get the viewer.
If the file is a tif file, then you can view it with IrfanView, a wonderful FREE utility.

I'm not receiving as many last minute faxes
Do I really need a an efax or a maxemail account? Maybe its just the companies I am working for that don't send at the last minute the Settlement Statement/etc?
