American Heritage Lending - Great
Was reluctant to take a closing from them because a search said they were in some way involved with SOX. I told them this on the phone and after a lengthly discussion, I agreed to the closing. That was 4/13. I got paid today. 14 days. Kudos to them. The docs were great, nice people, met my fee and paid very timely.
