Loan Signers, Inc.

I want to tell you all that today I received payment for August '06 from Chris at Loan Signers, Inc. I got a notification e-mail last week that they would be sending it and true to their word I did receive it.

I hope that you still wont sign more loans for them. Because 7 months is a ridiculous time to wait for payment.

Long wait, but it actually does reveal a bit of character and integrity, IMHO.

Re: Loan Signers, Inc.- Good for you Sue-but such a sad

Yes and no...first yes if feels good to get FULL payment, many settled on 40% in order to close out their invoices. Yes I fought, I filed complaints and I let people know through open forums that their very own payment could be shakey. No I won't take work from them again simply because this experience was a learning curve for me BUT yes I agree with Bren, it does show some integrity. Chris could have EASILY filed bankruptcy and come back up under another name AND NOT HAD TO PAY ANYONE. It's done on a daily basis, we've all seen it. OR he could be like SOX or some of the others that are even worse! I'm not defending him, I'm just saying I could still be out the money for work performed and even if it took 7 months that's better than whining because I never got paid and writing it off. In 2+ years this is the only payment problem I've had, I'd say I'm pretty solid on being vigilent. It takes a big person to clean up their mess, it was wrong to have to wait so long for payment but it is right that I have been paid. I don't judge Chris nor do I hold anything against him, he did exactly what he said he would do albeit his timetable was a little off. Yep 7 months is a long time, your point is? Never mind that payment WAS made, let's boil him for taking so long. Sheesh, the glass is either half full or half empty, I'm glad that those of us that have been waiting on payment have been paid and we're not left holding the bag. Case closed.

Re: Loan Signers, Inc.- I once waited 6 months but the

company came through, not the company you are speaking of but another.

No apology necessary Lisa, or perhaps it should be coming from me. I wasn't talking to anyone in particular with my reply and certainly don't want you to take it personal, wasn't my intention.
