Nicole.....they only pay $50 if it does not close. I drove to Ocean City and spent almost two hours of my time w/ a Mr Mason who was on the phone w/ the lo and tc the whole time. Finally Mr Mason told me he would not sign and I left. They promised to pay me full fee and I got $50. Unfortunatley they are not as honest as you are. Loretta eventually closed this deal.
Make sure you get it in writing that you'll be paid full fee if it does'nt close. I made the mistake of trusting them.
