wrong vesting?

Jane Doe and John Doe husband and wife. That's how it is on the DOT, should I contact title? Or not my problem.

I would call title and let them know but the compliance agreement and/or document correction agreement should be able to take care of this.

Maybe she wears the pants in the family. LOL. I agree though about the correction agreement.

One of the reason that I used "Jane Doe and spouse, John Doe" on all the deeds I prepared at law firms.

You can contact title, but they probably won't care, and this won't end up hampering the loan in any way. That's been my experience at least...this is a very common error but I don't recall ever being suspended for it, even with the pickiest of investors.

That's funny.

The recorder will catch it.

That's funny, when I was married the minister announced us as, "Mr and Mrs Jane and John Doe" - I just thought it was weird.
