Charge extra and expect delays.

How long of a delay, they seem nice, but is that because they have burned every other notary??

I eventually got paid after many phone callls and threats. I would not work for them again. It took almost 90 days to get my check.

Expect delays in getting docs and your check. Both are exasperating.

Ask for payment in advance via Pay Pal. That's the only way I'd work for them. I have a small $25 balance with them. That came about this way. I took an assignment, was there for over an hour when they finally, after calls to the LO, refused to sign. On my way home, I called in to report the problem. They usually only pay $35 for a no-sign (this was e-docs). I spoke with Paige and she assured me that I would be paid $60 due to the time involved. I sent and invoice indicating per Paige, the amount due for that no-sign was $60. I received a check for $35.00, I wrote on the check, not paid in full, etc., and have sent follow up invoices, with my note in large type, that per Paige I was owed another $25. I haven't yet received that balance. That was back in April.

Buyer beware!
