I always slow down at holiday time, but since August, everyone across the nation has been slow.

I've done 14, 1 didn't close and turned down 1 because it was in a very very bad area at night. I'm up from Sept but down from Aug.

This month has been a nice surprise, did a few the first few days of the month and took a week off for the new baby. This week has been a normal week for me (when business was good) already did 14 and have 4 more lined up between tonight and Saturday. If I hit 45+ by the month end I call that a good month for 2007..lol
I'll take it all because next week could be nothing the way the market has been.

3 so far, 1 for Sat. Have turned down lots: co. that don't pay according to posts here. One has called last 3 days - just not worth trouble to not get paid. Oh - one that has to check to see if they can meet my fee - still waiting since last week for that approval. LOL.

I have been averaging about 2-3 signings a month here in Nevada. Is anyone else in Nevada that slow? The way it seems is that business has moved to the east coast.

I did 4 signings today
I turned down 4 others for today and tomorrow so maybe things are picking up. I've done 22 signings so far this month and several public notary works. It will be a better month compared to Sept.
Every loan signing this month I have done, the borrowers had good credit.
