ATM Corp.
This is a new one - they are sending a disposable camera in the package and they do not want the RTC dated? The borrower is to take pictures of their home inside and out. I know this is a mobile home - anyone else do one of these before?

I have done several of them, and they wanted me to be the one to take the pictures, not the borrowers. Have take the serial numbers for the frig, washer, dryer, dishwasher. But I do not remember them not wanting the RTC dated.
They have always paid on time.

I've done this for Western Finance, a lender that does mostly manufactured home refinances. Is this the Lender that has outsourced to ATM??

They called me once.
They said they wanted me to take several pictures and do the loan as well.
They'd pay $50.
I told them I was a notary not a photographer.

My instructions say the borrower is to take the pictures - I just got into work and the package was on my chair - I have to go through it carefully. The package is very small - just a few pages which the girl did say.
I see my confirmation had ServiceLink on top - wonder if they are going to pay like ServiceLink or quick like ATM has always paid.

I have done several for them with the same stipulations. One was last Thursday 10/4/07. I received my check on Tuesday the 9th. Talk about fast pay! I don't see how they could pay that fast considering the package was not picked up by Fedex until 5:00 pm on Friday the 5th.The pay was reasonable $50.00 because the docs were delivered to me and the distance traveled round trip was only 20 miles. The signing was done in 20 minutes--about 20 pages. This is a very good company.

...This is a very good company...
Everyone has different criteria when evaluating clients. This is a company that paid $110 ten years ago and now they're paying $50. Not my definition of 'good'.

Re: ATM & Servicelink
You all do know that ServiceLink bought them, right?
