Accusigning

Just got contacted to do a closing for tomorrow - met my fee... but now I'm worried I won't be paid after reading all the reviews! What is their excuse for not paying? I wonder if I should call back and refuse the order

Opps...wrong Accu...The guy in Loomis does not pay either.

I had to threaten to send my brother in law to pick up my payment in person. IMO, the business is waaaaay too sketchy right now to take chances with known dirt bags.

If it's the Accusigning in Orange City Fl. I would run away from that job. I just got a check from them for a closing done on 4/27/07- The check was dated July 23rd but postmark on envelope was for 9/21 and get this, the check says "valid for 60 days only" above signature. I received it past the 60 days! I deposited anyway and I am holding my breath...Has not bounced yet...After 90 days I had put them for collection with oldbebts.com so even if check does not bounce I will be out some $$$ but not all, so I guess one should be grateful for small favors....
