Any REO's in SoCal?

Does anyone know of TC's handling REO's here in Southern Cal? The refi market is a bust...but there are many foreclosures so there must be some REO business...

That would be good to know about MI- I have done many during the past 4 years....but someone is getting them now....just need to find the right co's- any info would be helpful! The news quoted about 3 weeks ago that more than 80,000 homes will be in foreclosue between now and 1st quarter 08 here in Michigan. We need to seek this biz out! Should be enough here to keep all of us a float! Thanks~

Yes, the trick is finding them. Do a search for default divisions,(TC). It's usually the larger TC's that have them. Needles in haystacks!
