Any recent work with FNP?

Rcvd a call for a CW closing tonight via FNP. I accepted, and then receiving their confirmation email which speaks of reduced fees for no signs and rescinded loans. I refuse to accept assignments with this clause, and have asked them to remove it.

It seems that they had some payment issues in the past, but have since gotten back on track. Any recent experience with them?

Ah ~ already an update! Agrees to pay full fee regardless of outcome, and says payment will be issues next week. I guess I'll take the chance!

I haven't had any probelms at all. Closed on 08/06 & paid on 09/18. Would work for them anytime!
