Anyone know of a website where you can find out who a number belongs to, one that you don't have to pay.

I use Anywho.com and Switchboard.com or Google to look up the phone number. These will only find phone numbers that are listed somewhere. I use those regularly when I'm trying to match the phone number to the name on my cell phone bill. I also use http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/phoneradius.asp to look up the area code if the number doesn't come up in the free sites.
