Anyone besides me have e-mail issues today?

Totally across the whole 'net? All 3 of my e-mail accts. are acting up. Yahoo deleting attachments; hotmail asleep; my main business e-mail is erratic--gets this, doesnt get that.

AOL is jacked up, too, not just email, but everything is moving at a snail's pace.
Even BOA's website doesn't have updated information on an account, and it's after 2PM.
I can't seem to accomplish anything on the web today.
