Archer Land Title - signups
Do they pay right away for these or do you have to wait for the loan to close? The LO was hoping it would have closed for EOM last month but it hasn't and I'm still awaiting payment of my fee for the signup.

I did one for them and received payment within 2 weeks. Wonderful company to deal with as well.

Must be they didn't get my invoice. The signup was 9/19 - waiting to hear back from Ruben.

Ruben is the same person that I spoke with. I would verify if they received your invoice.

Re: good company
I've done several for them. They are out of Indiana right? Good company, always pay within 2 weeks.

Have you tried to e-mail him a copy of your invoice and then call to verify? I am sure you have just weird, you have not been paid when they have a good history.

I'm going to call him this morning and see what's the story - I was instructed to fax my invoice after the signup - didn't have his email address. Anyone have it?

I always put my invoice in with the docs (on top, actually).
Have done that many times with Archer and have always been paid within two weeks.
But, I haven't dealt with Archer of Indiana specifically.
It's always been the Archer office out of Minneapolis.
