Are Title Companies and Lenders open today???
Since the stock market is open I was wondering if title companies and mortgage brokers open today??

I'm assuming most are - I have a closing scheduled for tonight and I don't have docs yet - so I hope so! LOL

They must be because I am getting title orders faxed to me this morning and I have 2 closings today.

Many title companies and mortgage companies are open. However, most banks are not open. So, if the loan is through a 'bank', there may not be any processors working today.
