Business
It has really been a terribly slow six months... if I get two in the same month I feel lucky.... I am wondering when things will turn. Now, I am having to renew licenses, insurance etc. I just don't know if it is worth the trouble.
Is anyone else in Md feeling the same way?
Thanks for letting me know.

I'm feeling the same way in Ohio. Started looking for a part-time job. I just hate the idea of working for 8 hrs to make what I can doing one signing though.

Noteclub, Are you from MD or AK?
If you are from Md, I am doing about 20 signing per month nowadays.
Good luck to you.

I am from Md. I have no idea why my profile says AK, I have tried to get it corrected with no luck.

I'm a Md closer for the last 7 yrs full time. I've seen slow but this is the worst ever. However I spoke to a scheduler friend she said the closers are all hanging in there, I don't know how if this is their only income. Maryland licensing, ce courses and bonds can eat us up.

So are you going to renew? Another signer says she is doing 20/mo if I were doing that I will feel like a struck oil!!!

I'm an old chick so working less is ok. I've joined a hiking club to keep busy. If I get tired of the $$ I'll find something else but will never let go of my license. From what I hear it's much harder to pass the test for our license.

MY business evaporated faster than - well, fast. I've had to take on a full time job (whatever I could get) to make ends meet. I interviewed today for professional work. I will not let my commission expire - it's too hard to get back.
