Car printer/copier systems

I'm thinking about hooking up a printer in the back of my SUV - I have a lighter jack back there. Anyone have a system they would like to share to make my office more "mobile?"

A "lighter jack" will not work when using a laser printer. You need a pure sine wave power inverter, either connected to a dedicated deep-cycle battery or to your car battery using special cables. I am no techie, and cannot explain the reasons, but there have been numerous threads regarding 'mobile offices' that explain things in detail. Mine worked great, and was set up based on the advice I received on NotRot Smile
I have such an inverter & cables for sale. PM me if you're interested.
