Look up his profile here on NotRot - type in zip code 23233 and his listing will show in the premier section. He is well known on this forum for his non-payment of notaries. He is also a notary, maybe the VA Sec of State would be interested in his fraudulent practices. Also, try contacting the title company and ask for their assistance.

I got him to answer his cell phone and he told me that he never got paid for our signing we did. I called Patriot Title and he did get paid, when I asked him about it he said "well do you want the truth?" I said yes and he said "we are belly up and out of business so I guess you are F*&%ed" He is a snake for lack of a worse term that I can post on here

Owes me too. Title Co says he was paid but even my certified letter has gone unanswered. I will write letter to Sect of State to see if they can yank his chain.
