Unfortunately for NSA's modifications are not as lucrative as refinances. The modifications will probably all go to the lowballers like LandAm and FASS that will only want to pay in the neighborhood of $30-$45. I can hear them now, "but's it's only a modification." Sorry but I'm not blocking off my time for those measly fees. Especially for borrowers who have listened to the news telling them how they have been screwed once already, and will be studying the heck out of those modifications.
