I'm trying to collect $$$ from Cover Sign and all I get is a machine for the last two weeks. Has anyone heard anything? Thanks.

Just did one last week for them. I talked with a guy names Maurice. He sent me docs through secure mail. I hope that I dont get burnned???!?!?!? He told me that they have a new big Chase bank account....and will be sending more my way?!?!?!?!? Number are as follows: 888-723-3700. Hope that I get paid. I am actually having the same problem. I have a closing from 8/16 and I called on 10/1 and left a message with no call back. Called today 3 times and still got the machines as well. Left message on my last call attempt for a call back request. I got contact info from notrot and left message on direct extension above as well as emailed maurice directly. I will wait to see if I hear from anyone this time around......

I'm not sure who you or how you've been trying to contact us buy our number is 888 723-3700. any extension will get you through to someone. My personal extension is 711.

In reference to payment, our policy is an follows: We use the 15th and 30th (end of month) as cut off periods. All assignments completed from the 1-15th of the month are invoiced automatically on the 15th and are paid 25 days later on the 10th of the following month. All assignments completed from the 16th-30th (end of month) are automatically invoiced and paid 25 days later on the 25th. Hence the paydays are the 10th and 25 of each month.

We handle approximately 1500 transactions per month and cant imagine how or why you would not be able to speak with anyone. I dont know which extensions are you trying but give us call or send an email to [e-mail address]

Just a note to clear up any and all money questions with Coversign.
i have been closing loans with them for 3 months now, i had an issue with a closing at the end of sept. that held up my check being sent, but that was my fault not coversign's.
they have been on time and very quick with payment.
anyone who has worked with them recently and is awaiting payment will not have to wait very long, they are a very professional company with Maurice being the key leader there making sure all is taken care of promptly and friendly. no worries to anyone waiting for their paychecks
