Sue,
Where have you been? EFS closed its doors on 9/14 without warning or explanation. How much are you out?

Wow....did not know about this. Guess I live a sheltered life. Its just that I have done so much work for them and never had a problem. Guess I can kiss that $300.00 good-bye. So far been lucky...this is the first $ I have lost in 3 years of notary work but from what I am hearing, may be a lot more to come. Might have to find another line of work...... THANKS FOR THE INFO....

Hey Susan, $300 is money but I think it's one of the smallest amounts due. I know someone that is owed over $15,000

Don't write it off. Try to get it in blood first. It was your gas, your toner. I've had about enough.

Get in line. They stiffed me for $650. I started calling the brokers with no results. The banks don't give a %^*#. I may call the borrowers and tell them they overpaid the lender my fee. What the %^**, if I getting the shaft lets get everyone involved. The borrowers ccan call the OCC, I am sure they would love that. Maybe if we would all stick together and insist that we are listed on the HUD for our fee we would never be put into this position. Are money is just being used by the settlement companies.

Susan, and they filed bankruptcy... for $300.00 I'd write that off... I wish that was all they owed me... unfortunately, mine is much, much worse... my attorney is handling my case.
