From what I see here, your invoices should be written....
on VERY soft paper. Way back when, they used to pay over $200 per closing and paid like clockwork. I visitied their office when I was in Pittsburgh a few years back. (Visited ServiceLink on same trip. Hugh operation filling two large buildings) EFS was a big, well run operation. They paid well because they charged lender quite a bit. Obviously fees were reduced by lenders and vulume went way down. Hated to see them go. Were great folks to work with. Started dropping their fees and slowing down payment schedule. Closed there doors recently, and either have, or are about to file BK.

Hey Christine, you must not have been on here for a while. Express shut down and no one is getting paid.

Worse than that from reading the board, the UPS charges are getting charged back to the notary. (Pretty sure that is what I read)

I haven't gotten anything back from UPS yet but I will tell ya one thing..... my name or address never, ever, ever, goes on a Fed Ex or UPS label anymore. I don't care what they say, ain't happening.

I agree with you Loretta, I do not put my name on anything, they want to supply me with bad info, they will be the one that the bill gets sent to... not me... and UPS might have the signature line, but they will not refuse to deliver if it is not signed, and besides if you put their name in both spots... and you drop it in a drop box... how will they know who to get to sign it????
