Failure to pay II --- More on mortgage fraud

Doesn't relate directly to non-payment of notaries but those wishing to fight those who open and close signing services to avoid paying notaries might fit under this FBI umbrella.

Note, I am not focusing on SS's that are slow payers due to clients going belly-up and not paying. I am speaking about the serial signing services --- the ones that do not pay their notaries, close down, and start a new one.

Mortgage fraud is on the FBI's radar screen. Perhaps a few of you will want to tell the FBI that the problem doesn't just affect borrowers.
