Got some docs overnighted to me and

there was a deed in the package that had already been notarized by another notary in another state, and it did not have the venue on it. I called the Title Company to advise them, and the person I spoke to said "oh, okay I can write it in". I advised her that was not legal!

on October 17...don't you require the venue on a notarization in Texas?
