They shorted me a few times, and I tried to resolve it amicably for several months. I had to send them to collections to finally collect.

Run like the wind! They are unorganized and unethical. Last closing I did for her, she called to say that I did not execute three copies of mortgage and would have to go back out ... when I pointed out that there were no instructions regarding this ... she said original mortgage was not executed ... I asked for copy of page ... she had me send docs to wrong title company and accused me of not shipping them ... time before that she did not send all docs and then asked me to go out for additional fee (promised for both closings) never received from either ... I have sent her to collections.
