I hope that I can list this notice. Just got an email that HP has toner on sale, by 2 and get 3rd at 50% off.

Is this considered advertising or just sharing info?

Dell has free shipping

I just had to buy toner from Dell last week, they have free shipping on all avenues of shipping, I got next day for free!!

Thanks PHillip/TX, I don't think anyone has issues when you

are just helping our fellow notaries by passing on a good deal: I certainly appreaciate it. I think that advertising is considered specific advertising of goods and services for sale by the individual. I don't purport to know the thinking of administration but that is the way it seems to play out. I do know that discussing any possible issues with administration up front eliminates a lot of misunderstanding, I find this site and the administrators to be extremely user friendly.
