No kidding. CA is the dead zone lately. Is anyone in CA getting business?

Lisa,

I can possibly help with Orange and Durham if you have at least 2 a day to make it worth my while to drive that far. I am about 30 miles north of Greensboro.

You may call me at (336) 342-9333 if you are seriously interested.

How in the heck can you do 14????

I'm bogged down with 3 but mostly due to huge distance between appointments...had to turn down 2! You must be a lot younger than me!

Re: How in the heck can you do 14????

I've got another RE Paralegal that I work with at times and she also has 20 years experience doing closings. My large clients have no problem with her helping me out on the busiest days. Turns out she could help me today, but she runs paralegal services offices for attorneys that can't afford full time staff, so she is usually busy at the end of the month. My largest client had a few other NSA's they used in this area, and they have had some problems with them recently, and have given me some of it. If my business keeps going this way, I'd like to find a couple other experienced NSA's to give closings to, with the condition that they don't solicit my clients.
