LIA Signing looking for a notary in Hanson, KY for 9:00P

LIA called for a closing tonight at 9:00 PM. There are recent posts here stating payment is taking 90-120 days. I mentioned that due to his companies rep I would need to be listed on the HUD or paid in advance via paypal.

He said they were currently running about 45 days on invoices, and are recovering from an accounting problem. He also asked if he owed me money, and I told him no, as they do not.

He did not like my suggestion of being listed on the HUD or paypal.

based on previous posts here, I wish the the best of luck to the notary who accepts this assignment!

I hope that no one takes it. I am well over 60 days with them and can not get a straight answer from them.

He sounded quite aggravated when I told him I would need to be paid in advance, or listed on the HUD. Notaries are few and far between in my area, but I am sure there is at least one out there who will/did take it.

They seem to be one of the worst offenders. Even if they do ever get around to paying me, I'll never sign for them again. I don't need the headaches.

I did a closing for them on July 23, 2007 and still have not been paid. I have sent several emails and have not received a reply.
