Need help on how to use Signing Central

How does it work? I can't understand the listing of companies I have worked for.

The way I use it, (not sure if correct) is to review a companies past history with other notaries. I look at the notes others have left and I leave notes on the ones I have worked for so that others will be able to see their history as well.
